Majority of the application can be completed online via MyGov, and we can gather identification and other documentation prior to submitting your claim on your behalf. We also complete paper based applications as well. |
How will I know if you have calculated my pension benefits correctly? | At Power to My Pension we pride ourselves on getting things right the first time. Sometimes are calculations may slightly vary by a dollar here or there, however are pretty close to Centrelink’s calculations. |
What are the residency requirements when claiming your Centrelink Age Pension? | You must be a resident of Australia and must have lived in Australia as a citizen or PR for a continuous period of 10 years, or for several period which total over 10 years and include a continuous period of 5 years in total. There are exemptions to the above. |
Can I cancel my Centrelink service agreement at any time? | Yes of course. At Power to My Pension we want to know that you are getting value in the service we are offering. This is the reason why our ongoing agreements are charged on a fortnightly/monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time. Please provide us with 2 weeks notice. |
